Our warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees for products, including remedies for major failures (e.g., replacement or refund). These rights cannot be excluded and apply regardless of the warranty conditions above.
1.5. Installation Costs
Warranty claims do not cover costs associated with installing or reinstalling the product.
2. Returns Policy
