EXCLUSIVELY MV TRITON

About PRDX

paradoxnoun

: a self contradictory statement with the purpose of provoking fresh thought.

Our favourite paradox, "Less is more," is also our brand ethos.

At PRDX, we’re only interested in either creating or sourcing bespoke OEM+ upgrades that enhance the driveability, usability, and aesthetics of the New-Gen MV Triton—and only the New-Gen MV Triton.

The New-Gen MV Triton is a significant evolutionary step forward for the Triton nameplate, one that has been delivered with a load of untapped potential. Well-thought-out and developed products can transform the MV from a solid daily driver into something altogether very special—a fun-to-drive, comfortable, and dynamic road car, as well as a very competent tow tug.

We’re passionate about products that make a fundamental difference—products that earn their keep by improving how the vehicle they’re fitted to performs on every drive. If a product or accessory fails to do this, it’s dead weight in our eyes because, as we said back at the start, less is more.

In the era of the "bolt-on build," we admit that our ethos is contrarian, but that’s okay. There are thousands of 4WD businesses out there selling the same "must-have" gear from the same brands, but when you dig below the surface, most aren’t that interested in Tritons.

It’s time for an Australian 4WD counterculture movement, and there isn’t a better 4WD than the MV Triton to start one with.

Make It Better

Back before the current 4WD industry existed—before the first commercial suspension lift kit had even been thought of in Australia—our parents and grandparents were driving around the Australian Outback on roads spectacularly worse than we drive on today, in regular rear-wheel-drive cars.

Much of the road from Adelaide to Darwin was a dirt track—and not a great one. Visiting places like Kakadu involved river crossings, and getting out to the various sites was a serious off-road trek.

They did it all in mostly stock Kingswoods, Falcons, and Commodores—or perhaps an old Landcruiser, if they really wanted to rough it.

No snorkels, no lift kits, no scaffolding, no rooftop tents, no permanently mounted recovery boards, no bar work, no winches, no 12-volt systems, no coffee makers, and no kitchen sinks.

That’s two things: a monumental testament to the toughness of those who came before us and a glaring spotlight on the power of marketing in the age of the 4WD influencer.

You can still explore most of Australia without spending a cent on your new MV Triton—so if you’re going to throw cash at it, make it better, not just heavier.

The Origin Story

Head over to www.loaded4x4.store, and you’ll see what we’ve been up to since 2019. Over the years, we’ve earned a rock-solid rep for stellar customer service and high-quality products that genuinely improve the previous generation MQ and MR Tritons, which we owned and ran, and that live on in the hands of good friends (hence the pic above being possible).

PRDX is a new brand, one exclusively focused on the MV Triton—and yes, it's destined to be the future of our business—but we’re already experienced operators in this space, with a proven track record.

Our promise? Beyond selling only top-tier gear, we’ll bust our guts to deliver the kind of online shopping experience we’d demand ourselves—an experience that we reckon you'll appreciate.
