The ultimate suspension kit to get the best out of your MV Triton on-road and to be honest, on fast dirt roads as well. Our HBD (Hillbilly Delete) lowering kit features purpose built (shortened) Bilstein shocks and struts with bespoke valving chosen for the right mix of on-road manners and ride comfort. The hand made front coils and lowered 3 over 1 two-stage rear leaf packs are made exclusively for PRDX. This is the anti-thesis of your regular 4WD ‘off-the-shelf’ suspension kit and besides making the MV look very cool, it lifts the cars dynamics to a different level. Ride, handling, steering, and we suspect even fuel economy, are all improved.
PRDX MV Triton Standard Height Suspension Upgrade Kit

Our standard height suspension upgrade will transform the way your MV Triton drives. This kit includes custom valved Bilstein B6 shocks and struts, our own Australian made high-quality, fully scragged front coils and custom standard height 0-300kg rated rear leaf packs that are exclusive to PRDX. The Bilstein B6 shock absorbers that we supply aren’t ‘off-the-shelf’ units, they’ve been valved to our specifications, with the focus being on achieving the right balance between ride comfort and handling. The result is a smoother ride and massively improved on-road dynamics. The rear leaf packs supplied with this kit are two-stage, four over two, 0-300kg springs. These leaf packs are far more capable of dealing with a decent load, or towing a moderate sized caravan, and they have superior unladen ride characteristics than the – just being honest here – frankly terrible, stock comfort and heavy-duty leaf packs. Swapping the stock leaf packs out for these leaf packs, and doing nothing else, makes a huge difference to how the MV Triton drives and deals with a load.
MV Triton Standard Height Rear Leaf Packs 0-300kg

High-quality stock height (not lifted) spring packs to suit all variants of the MV Triton dual cab. These springs are far superior to the stock comfort and heavy-duty springs. The stock comfort springs, as found in the GSX-R, GLS and GSR are too soft to deal with load, and adversely affect front end ride quality for the same reason - click here to read our MV GLS Triton review. The stock heavy-duty rear leaf packs have an extra leaf which helps the front suspension work better, but their design makes for a bouncy ride when unladen. Our 0-300kg rear leaf packs are a huge upgrade over the stock rear leaf packs, and improve the way the MV Triton drives, rides and handles a decent load.
PRDX MV TRITON 3" DPF BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM

Manufactured in Adelaide by Pacemaker Headers, and coated and black powder-coated exclusively for PRDX, this is a high-quality and importantly, thoroughly tested 3" DPF back exhaust system for the MV Triton. The MV Triton runs an Adblue emissions system and as such runs a different DPF and exhaust system to the previous generation Tritons, one that includes two catalytic convertors, one up near the DPF section of the exhaust and the other further back in the system. There's also two sensors located part way along the exhaust system, to the rear of the second cat convertor. This replacement exhaust system includes the correct catalytic convertor and threaded sensor locations. We have been running the straight through system for over 40,000kms without any issue, or error codes being generated.
